Yanchep National Park (25 min)

Mindarie Keys (5 mins)

Using Burns Beach Sunsets Village as your base you can sample spots along the Sunset Coast & the closer hinterland (the general description applied to the coast to our near North & South) without wasting too much time in transit. Most of the areas mentioned previously, such as Hillarys Marina, Yanchep, Swan Valley etc, a major shopping centre and cinema complex (Currambine) is just 5 minutes or 3.5km close by; Lakeside Joondalup is 10 minutes or 7km. At the end of any excursion/activity which you might engage in, you can look forward to returning to your beachside location.
